Entry Terms
All entries made before 23:59 on 15th February 2024 will be charged an early bird administration fee of £175 + VAT per entry, which must be paid at the time of submission.
Entries received after the early bird deadline will be charged the standard administration fee of £225 + VAT, with the submission deadline set for 21st of March, 2024.
Please read the criteria for the awards you intend to enter. Remember to include as much information as possible on your entry form, including quotes, figures, and statistics.
After payment is received, all completed and returned entries will be acknowledged online at the time of submission.
The organisers accept no responsibility for any entry loss or damage.
The judges' decision is final, and no correspondence, discussion, or feedback will be provided regarding the selection of shortlisted nominations or winners.
We reserve the right to shorten entry titles for marketing purposes. Please keep your entry title brief and to the point, and adhere to the entry format specified when submitting your entry.
We reserve the right to extend the deadline, change categories, or not award categories if the quality of entries received falls short of the required standard.

Card payment is required at the time of submitting each entry.
Judging Terms
The judges' decision is final, and no correspondence, discussion, or feedback will be provided regarding the selection of shortlisted nominations or winners.
Shortlisted applicants will be contacted via email (at the address provided in the application) on the date the shortlist is announced.
Judges are ineligible to participate in the interest of transparency.
Personal relationships or experiences will not be allowed to influence judges' marks or decisions, and their judging will be impartial and based on the standard of entry, campaign, organisation, or product.
Before reading any entries, judges will declare any perceived conflicts of interest to the event organisers.
All judging discussions are strictly confidential and will not be shared or discussed with anyone other than the judging panel prior to or after the ceremony.
Judges will not disclose any confidential information, judging papers, or entries to anyone. Judges will securely delete all judging materials immediately following the judging period or hand them over to The Marketplace Awards team, who will handle this.
Judges can only access entries that have been assigned to them to score.
Before the official announcements, judges will not notify anyone that they have won or been shortlisted.
Judges will not provide feedback to entrants on why they did not win or were not shortlisted; all feedback requests should be directed to the awards organiser.
